Café Coffee Day

I recently visited this CCD and was thoroughly disappointed. They were out of ice, so I had to settle for a hot beverage instead of the cold one I wanted. This was just the beginning of a frustrating experience. Half the menu items were unavailable, leaving very limited choices. I opted for a chicken sandwich, which turned out to be a mistake. The chicken patty was tasteless, and the sandwich contained just one thin slice each of onion and tomato. Overall, the quality at CCD has really declined. It was a disappointing visit, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

Houseflies fying around. 1st floor outdoor has bad odour. Local cafes are better, atleast you spend less on coffee. Not worth it. Not sure how it got 4 stars reviews. I would have given -1 on hygiene. Service is slow but ok. Needs drastic improvement.

Worst experience, zero hygiene. Flies everywhere and no ventilation. Very bad taste of coffee, no wonder why it’s always empty.
