This place was so much better last year with the old manager. Staff is friendly, but almost all cold or iced drinks are made to taste the same. I don't like overpaying for a drink to taste the same. When brought this to staff they tried to give me a drink that wasn't made correctly by adding more chocolate syrup. Then they called their manager because they weren't sure what to do, except give me the same half melted drink again. Horrible experience. The place used to open earlier. Feel like the opening hours change frequently. I've been there to find the metal door still closed. This is still a good place to meet with friends, finish work, or relax. I appreciate that there's ample seating, the place is pretty clean, and menu items usually all available. Just wish they had proper training to make a decent cold drink.

Need to improve on the payment system and service. Most of the time cards don't work in this outlet. There were times when even UPI wasn't working. They were taking only cash. That's my experience and hence I stopped going to this outlet.
