First time in here, Special shout out to Tara! Great personality, huge smile on her face! When I told her I didn’t know what I wanted to eat she asked what I’m in the mood for. All I could say was spicy. I left it in her hands and let me tell you she delivered what I needed! Food was fantastic 10 stars if I could, Tara 20 stars!! Definitely recommend coming in!! Make sure to ask for Tara and you will not be disappointed!!! I will be back to see you Tara!!
Thank you for such a great place to eat and relax!! Music is on point!
Really great food. Wine selection was top notch. Service was spot on. Place was super clean. 10 out of 10 i highly recommend
Spicy tuna poke and the grilled short rib ramen are REALLY delicious, highly recommended
Always have an excellent time here. Last time we went, we had Alina as a server and she did an incredible job making sure we had a 5 star experience.
Unfortunately, I went two days after Hurricane Milton, and they were offering only a few items from their normal menu. Which did not include their vegetarian broth ramen (I do not eat meat, just seafood), so I will have to come back to try that out. I did, however, try the shrimp bao buns, which were out of this world!! The flavor and texture were perfect. I could have eaten my weight in them. For one order came two pieces with a 11$ price tag..average for the area. The bartender was very friendly, and the atmosphere was modern. I would definitely try this place out again to try their ramen.
I went here today for the first time and loved it. I sat outside because the weather was beautiful. It’s a great spot to eat outside if you can.
My server Tara was delightful. I was exhausted and didn’t feel like reading a menu lol. I ask what I should eat and drink and she made the best recommendations. The Godzilla drink is killer. I had a pork belly bao bun and the braised short rib Ramen and added kimchi. I will definitely go back and recommend.
My husband ordered the mushroom ramen and the serve told him they had only 2 of the 4 types of mushrooms they normally have in this dish. She said he could substitute tofu so he agreed to that. Then she returned to say they didn't have tofu so she gave him 2 eggs instead. He didn't mind the changes. It's understandable that they would have some difficulty because of hurricane Milton. What we did mind is being charged an extra $4 for the extra egg. Also, the mushroom ramen was lacking depth of flavor, probably because they weren't able to prepare it to their normal recipe. I wish he had ordered the duck or chicken when we learned the mushroom ramen would not be as it is normally prepared. Other than that, everything was fine. My crispy chicken was complex and rich. Our friend's duck was excellent. It's
too bad the mushroom ramen was underwhelming and overpriced.
My crispy duck ramen was delicious! The atmosphere is very artsy & fun.
Best ramen, I would say, in the entire US.
They are now my highest standard for ramen.
Service can be hit or miss where you’re begging for essential items to eat apps or food.
Ive never been disappointed coming here in my 5 years of living in Tampa. It is worth the 1 hour drive every time. Service is always so nice, music taste is good and food is to die for. Never ever had an issue. Ever!
Went for a late night birthday dinner and enjoyed the delicious appetizers (we were too hungry & excited to get good pics) and the ramen did not disappoint.
Gyoza were excellent. The tuna crispy rice was just okay. It needed something to add flavor - lacking salt, spice & acidity.
Ramen Broth was very rich & had perfect mouthfeel. The chopped greens added a nice freshness & crunch. The eggs were perfectly jammy. The braised short rib, however, was next level delicious. It had such a beautiful smoky & earthy flavor.
Buya Ramen: where dreams come true, but only if your dreams involve epic bowls of ramen, crispy duck, and a life-changing ajitama egg. Seriously, I had an out-of-body experience halfway through the Crispy Duck Ramen. By the time I finished, I was fluent in five new languages, and I swear I saw my future self thanking me for this meal.
The Braised Short Rib Ramen? That’s the stuff of legends. I felt like I was eating in a ramen dojo, sparring with the rich pork tonkotsu broth while the short rib whispered sweet nothings to my taste buds.
But let’s not forget the Mushroom Ramen – a fungi-fueled festival for the mouth. I mean, who knew mushrooms could bring such enlightenment? One slurp and I was contemplating the deeper mysteries of the universe, like why we all don’t eat more ramen daily.
The Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl? It’s basically an edible vacation to sushi paradise. My tongue went snorkeling through waves of yellowfin tuna and avocado, and the sriracha aioli was like a sunburn that hurts so good.
In conclusion, Buya Ramen will ruin all other ramen for you. Forever. You’ll have to go back. And when you do, send my regards to the ajitama egg, my new spiritual advisor.

Amazingly good grilled chicken ramen! The duck ramen was also good
Went there after not being in town for nearly two years and found out they did not have shishito peppers on the menu that they had two years ago. I was totally disappointed about that. The ramen was good.
Ramen was really good. Atmosphere is amazing. Everything is clean. The only problem I noticed is our waitress kinda rush us even tho the restaurant was empty.
