Burritos are good. Nachos are fine but not great value.
The food is wonderful with such fresh ingredients and so much choice regarding toppings and sauces - mild through to hot The staff are very friendly and attentive. The sit down restaurant was clean and simple with plenty of space for sitting as a small group or on your own. Vegetarian options: Phenomenal choice Dietary restrictions: Everything made to order. Parking: In a low level mall and has tons of parking! Kid-friendliness: I did not have kiddos with me but I gather from the welcome, there would be no issue!!! Wheelchair accessibility: Wide door, hallways and plenty of room around tables and at the counter, as well as the bathroom. Accessible sidewalk to get to restaurant!
Trash! If you want frozen protein that’s warmed up in an oven this is the spot to come too!
Its a decent burrito place in the neighbourhood and I must the say the service has improved tremendously since the last time I visited which was almost a year ago. It was quick in and out! I got the Shawarma Chicken rice bowl to try and I really liked the fusion taste. Would have never guessed that middle eastern spiced chicken goes so well with Mexican spices and sauce, it’s a must try. The atmosphere was welcoming and there’s plenty of space to sit and eat.
Halal branding is fake. This is a awareness post for this restaurant. While we talked with the senior store person or the owner, he made sure that they serve all their toppings by spoon and there is no contamination happen. But the real story is not like this. Halal is not just a processing of meat. It is also no cross contamination with any other non halal meat or any other ingredients. While I went there to get a delivery order pick up today, the girl was making the order and using the toppings by hand. When I asked her about why you are doing that if you are branding halal? She replied that sometimes they had to do that, especially when they are making the tacos.. Then I said if you touch the other meat by hand and then you touch other toppings with the same hand then the non halal meat contamination happens and in making the halal food you can not use those toppings. Her last reply is smiling and said that's how we are doing. Which actually indicates that they actually don't care about making the proper halal food, and it is just a branding to grab some specific people. Be Alert
Everything is good except their brown rice, despite what it claims to be, simply *is not* brown rice (or least a varietal that would normally be used for burritos). If you like sticky starchy rice, go for it.
Very fresh ingredients. Great tasting!
Absolutely loved my experience at Burrito Guyz! The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The burritos were bursting with flavor and generously portioned. From the fresh ingredients to the perfectly cooked fillings, every bite was a delight. Definitely recommend stopping by for a tasty meal that hits the spot!
My go-to burrito place. Friendly staff and excellent food
