Place wasn’t the cleanest floor was all sticky and food everywhere. It was dead when we went in. We got our food pretty quickly annd it was delicious. The girl at the front counter with the blonde curly hair hates her job and has horrible customer service. I wouldn’t go back because of it.

BugerFi used to be great until this year. Not sure what changed but I was charged $12 for the "ultimate bacon burger" LMFAO. 3 tiny pieces of bacon, cheese, and 1 undercooked patty. No fries, no drink, extra charge for sauce? This place is a joke now.

Place an online order. When we went to pick up our dinner we were told there fountain Machine was empty. So I said no worries can I please have a refund on the 2 drinks. The store manager said no refunds from the store we would need to go back online to get a refund. Said ok and went on my way. Stopped at the gas station and grabbed a couple of sodas. Then went I got back to the hospital and opened my sealed bag I realized that there was no condiments and no napkins. We ate dry burgers. The fries looked burnt but were not cooked. The oil must have been over due to be replaced. On a very stressful night having a very bad diner just added to our stress. O yes…. You can’t go online to get your money back on items that they didn’t have. I know it’s only 7 dollars but it’s just the point . Will never eat here again.

The burgers are very delicious. The portions are really great for the price. This place definitely beats five guys!

Been to this location a bunch of times. Tonight we ordered on the app and an hour later it still said it was being made called and, I think her name was Miriam, the manager on was so helpful. They couldn't see the order and we chose to just drive to the location and they were so helpful and we even got some churros to make up for the delivery fee. Everyone was great and the kitchen got the order made so quickly too!
