Soggy burger, french fries refried shriveled.... just gross Dirty walls and floor

This place hamburgers are good but the service that they give you is just okay and after all of that they make you wait for your burger 20 min for one of them they were not even busy at that moment but they had a lot of online orders, it seems that the people the orders online so if you want to go order online cus is so much faster

I would give the food a 3/5. We used to go here regularly before Covid, but it seems that they’ve become much more neglectful and cheap since the pandemic. They used to have the best caesar salad in town and some pretty good burgers, but the salad isn’t nearly as good as it was a few years ago and the burger quality is just sloppy and greasy now. There have been a few visits where we have not received dips, toppings, etc. that have been requested. It seems like the meals have gotten smaller and they also go very light on the sides. Will likely not be returning in the future.

The best place around for a DIRTY DELICIOUS BURGER! I'd be lying to y'all if I said I didn't get one nearly every week. Staff is always pleasant, owner is awesome! GO! & get a Picante Ray! :D

I had heard some great things about this place and decided to give it a try today. I'm honestly surprised with how disappointing the experience was. I ordered 2 burgers and onion rings for takeout. The onion rings were good, but the burgers were both smashed up pretty badly and were falling apart from being very wet. The burger patties themselves were bland and almost tasted steamed. For a $35 order I expected much better than this. I picked up a much better burger from Burger King the other day, so your money would definitely be better spent elsewhere.
