The dining room was not open for service, but a very nice young man allowed me inside to use the ladies room. The drive thru was open, the service was fast and the food was hot. Since I was on the road for almost 10 hours, that was very much appreciated!!!
It was drive-through only, and they took forever to do the drive-through. It took 15 minutes of waiting at the speaker before we could even order.
The chicken sandwich had some odd aftertaste like plastic or odd cooking oil. The place has a playground for kids but no changing tables in the restrooms.
I just experienced the most disgusting mess from this Burger King. I just bit into my chicken sandwich and when I was taking the sandwich away from my mouth, there was a long strand of blond hair pull out my mouth as well. When I took it back and showed the manager the hair, she said “Crystal you need to put on a hair net. Your hair is in this man sandwich”. I almost threw up. Then crystal came to the window and said she was sorry but the manager made her make food and she usually don’t make the food and she would put her hair up. But she still never put on a hair net. I’m still cringing about the thought right now.
It's the worst. I went in because the drive thru didn't move in 15 min at all. Waited inside for 30 min and got my food. Everything was cold. How does that even happen? I'm standing right there.
It's been over 2 years since covid. If you can't staff the place enough to keep the place open inside. You need to close it down.
Food was made fresh. The employees were all super nice to the customers who came in for food.
Bun a day old. French fries, not that warm. Didn't listen when we said we didn't want to pickle on a wiper junior but de manager is a great guy. Very friendly upbeat, very knowledgeable to his business have a great day.
