We had the pleasure of being served by gentleman named Adam as well as 2 other employees. They had extremely positive attitudes and were doing a fantastic job with what they had during their dinner rush. We went to a different establishment before coming here and were extremely disappointed by their attitudes so we came to burger King instead and got treated like they appreciated hungry customers!! 10/10 recommend!
My first mistake was picking Burger King. My second mistake was picking this Burger King. Waited an hour for food in the lobby and they still got our order wrong. They were out of a lot of items. Soda was out. Coffee was cold. people were non apologetic. we came in happy left miserable and drained from the experience
I always loved this place.
I was just in the drive thru for 5 minutes for them to tell me that they are closed. It appears that they don't close at 10pm as it says on the website. It's 9:40pm. Very disappointing.
Every time I go there the wroppers are never hot. I guess I'll stop going there.
Window you face as you near dive up window was filthy....could not tell if on inside or outside. should have taken that as a sign. Girl who took money proceeded to two handed full on scratch her scalp and then got our order together....ugh. saw another girl play with her nose ring and then get food together..double ugh... wait time was ridic for basic small order only to get full blown wrong order anyway.. never going again, but if you do- don't pull away before you check your bag. I will never go again, but almost every time in last 5 years I've given this BK a shot order was messed up..and wait unexcuseable. The only saving grace was both girls very apologetic & sweet.
Hours online say they close at 10, I put in a online order at 9:10. Pull up to drive-through window. Nobody answers, pull up to the window, and the chick is yelling at me across the building saying they’re closed.. I already paid for my food and they still cooked it because it’s already paid for and in the system but I’m pretty sure they’re not supposed to be closing because they don’t feel like working.
