Ordered through the mobile app. When I went to store and picked it up, I asked the guy at the register, is everything in there? He assured me it is. He was completely wrong, not only was a whole whopper missing, the order was also wrong. Just expect your order to be messed up with these guys.

Used BK APP to order 3 burgers, double whopper, regular whopper and impossible whopper. The bag has just 2 regular whopper. 2nd time this week and and Custer support will not give credit because I already received one this week. BK don't care if they make mistakes!

Burgers are always cold or been sitting out for too long. Therefore they’re no longer warm fries are always the same cold. I have gone in several times to ask for a new fries. The last time I did all they did was simply put a few fresh fries over the cold one very disappointing
