Burger King

After waiting a hour and half I was given someone else order mine was £35 I was sent a kids cheese burger rang store asked if I brought it back would they re do my order to be told I need to go threw juts eat I’ve called and called the number no response.. called shop again to speak to manager explained I will bring the order back will they re do mine again manger said no.. I need to call juts eat I understand it’s the drivers fault but as a customer they should have done my order again.. so I’m now £35 down with a cold kids meal won’t use them again

My favourite fast food of all time. Yes it's pricey but yummy. I'd choose Burger King over McDonald's any time. The food was awesome as usual. The staff friendly, polite and accommodating. It's just a shame that Hanley is a dying centre and nothing of old.

Visited today told Head Office state customers ordering must use the order Pods no service at counter chaos and as a member of Staff stated they want you to do your own orders but machines not working correctly will not use again.The waste bin full to the brim and generally the place needs a good clean

First time I'd been very happy

After ordering a burger and getting a meal (that was the wrong burger) explaining the burger was wrong and I didn't order a meal was told just take it as it's more expensive than what you ordered. Explained this has mayo on, and I hate mayo, so I just want the bacon double that I ordered. Was then told you can't taste the mayo. After more insisting from me no I want the burger I ordered, they took it away chuntering to themselves and gave me the bacon double, got home and they had put mayo on that. Will never use this Burger King again.
