Very poor customer service, 40 mins before the advertised closing time for the drive through, the employees hide inside and refuse to take orders. There have been multiple incidents of this that I have personally experienced, this is unacceptable if you're trying to build customer loyalty, either change the closing time or provide the service when customers arrive during advertised hours of service.. very unprofessional.
I recently visited Burger King and had a truly awful experience. When I asked politely to exchange my Sprite for a Coca-Cola, the staff gave me a nasty look and seemed annoyed. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and excessively salty. To top it off, the receipt I was given was crumbled up and almost unreadable. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst Burger King food I’ve had in the country. Never fresh, service is awful even if you order ahead. Sucks that it’s the farthest east fast food place on the island.

If your still here when they're closing the dining area be aware that they lock the front door and you have to go out the emergency exit even though it says it will set off an alarm if you go out that way. staff will tell you to do it anyway rather than unlock the front door.
