I like burger king but sometimes mess up the order

I was ordering at the drive thru and the employee (Maria) mocked me for asking her to repeat what she said. I'm deaf after a skull injury I suffered during the WTC 9/11 attack (Im a retired paramedic) and rely on hearing aids so I found it very insulting. When I called the store I was told no manager was on duty. I was then told Maria was the manager.

I always stop here for a burger before heading home after work.
