People are slow took 10 mins and we only got 2 items not friendly

Food is always on point but the service leaves a bad taste in your mouth. This Burger King always has something going on. They really need to focus on hiring more staff - no reason why I needed to spend almost 30 minutes waiting especially with only a few people inside the store. I saw the drive thru line was super backed up so I went inside. I don’t know which option would’ve been better. Earlier this week I spent over 15 minutes in the drive thru just waiting for someone to take our order. Today I got lectured on how to properly order by Nita. There are currently two people inside the store and she has yet to acknowledge them. And the other gentleman that’s working the drive thru window (maybe manager) keeps pulling her to do other things; and she also took time out to read some instruction or menu book inside of taking the customers orders. This is the last time my husband and I will ever be ordering from this location.

Seriously the grease from this place pollutes the air and the entire parking lot so bad.

Slowest drive through in the country, I’m sure of it. Every time I go, no matter what time of the day, I’m waiting at least a half hour for this mediocre food. I’ve been waiting in line since 6:46. It is now 7:07. Only two cars in front of me and one skipped out because of the wait. What’s the hold up, BK? Edit to add: sitting in line for another 30 hour this morning. Made to sit and wait 15 minutes just to place my order, and even longer to get my order. The man at the first window took my payment (my card) and walked away and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Like???? My order was wrong, even though the man made me repeat my simple order 3 times. My drink was only half full. This place is a joke. I came here thinking they’d read the reviews and improve or at least it’d be faster at a not so busy time, but they haven’t. Still move slower than a sloth and the way the drive through is set up, you can’t pull out to leave.

In case people are wondering why this place is so slow, it's because of management and that the workers just don't care, barely change gloves or wash hands, toothless in drive thru doesn't care about time, burgers temp are never done right and to be honest to them your business doesn't matter to them so if you read this drive past this location because they seriously do not value your money

Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Just terrible. I was the only person in the drive-through line and it still took 40 minutes to place an order and eventually get my food. Why is this Burger King the slowest fast food place in Florida?

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. Staff didn’t even try to look like they cared that I just ordered over $30 worth of food through their app and shoo’d me away just now like I was just such a bother to them. Literally no one even behind me in line or anything. Didn’t try to help me resolve the issue that for whatever reason my order wasn’t showing up in their system or anything. People like this should not work in customer service. The manager didn’t even want to speak with me and gave me the same demeanor. I’m honestly in shock at how I was treated. I am not the type to even leave these bad ratings, but that was absolutely ridiculous. I will never be returning

Only takes one order per person/car, goes for dine in too. While taking the first one employees tend to make the next car wait 5 to 15 minutes just because getting food and taking transactions an so on until it everything finalized with just that one vehicle at the window. Mind you there are people on (30 minutes lunch break throughout the area) to say the least Wendy’s is much MUCH faster getting people in and out as a Fast Food restaurant I’d like to see the same at this location don’t care about the excuses. Very displeased on your timing. Do better

Manager Steven was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Was rushing us to order even though we were the only ones in the store, would interrupt us when we would try to order, was not listening, and still got our order wrong. When we needed a refund on a meal we did not order we threw the money and our food at us and shut the window.
