This is, undeniably, the worst Burger King that I have ever had the misfortune to enter. To give this Burger King one star is a gross overstatement of the standard provided – uniquely, amongst all the places I have been, this place well and truly deserves a zero having failed totally at it’s core purpose. This is a fast-food restaurant – by its very nature, you should be able to come in, order, and be eating, relatively quickly. I would have said 10 minutes is probably fair for a place like this one in terms of maximum wait. Certainly on a Thursday lunchtime… This Burger King, on the other hand, managed to barely serve a single customer in the restaurant in well over 20 minutes. People entered, they ordered (to eat in, to take away, it made no difference) and there they stood, waiting and waiting. The restaurant staff, seemingly surprised at the presence of customers, moved glacially, apparently focused solely upon the drive-thru customers and the delivery drivers. Even then, for some reason, the lack of coordination and pace behind the counter was, quite frankly, an embarrassment. A single drive-thru order apparently taking five minutes to bag, let alone cook. The customers in the restaurant were patient, more so than was deserved I feel, before complaining. However, rather than recognise they had a more general problem, the staff behind the counter just put the complainant’s food in a bag hurry them away then carried on ignoring the rest. I was surprised there wasn’t more shouting…. I eventually gave up waiting after 30 minutes and left. This Burger King therefore owes me £8.79. I think I’m going to write that off and consider it a price well-paid for this lesson though – never eat at the Bamber Bridge Burger King. Avoid, at all costs. If anyone from Burger King Corporate happens to read this – maybe consider taking this one’s franchise away. It isn’t doing your brand any favours at all…

Paid using the new kiosk, waited half hour only to be told they didn’t have my order, and didn’t seem to bothered to actually sort the order out, other than to show me they didn’t have it. Had to provide proof that I had paid as the kiosk didnt print a receipt. 50 min later food finally arrived at the table.

I recently visited burger king on Fridayafternoon. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. We waited in line for over 20 minutes before placing our order, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. When we finally received our food, my burger was lukewarm and tasted off, and the fries were cold and stale. We politely informed the staff about the issues, but they seemed uninterested and didn't offer any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. Due to the poor food quality, long wait times, and lack of customer service, I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to this burger king . I would not recommend this location to others and will not be returning myself.

Its the basic burger king. Thankfully its not a flag ship place to eat. Food is awful over cooked and dry. The decor is like sitting in a metal shed. Staff aren't bothered and look like they need a wash and lessons in basic customer service. I had to clean my own table and put napkins on the floor underneath my table because of the mess. This IS NOT BURGER KING standard. Warrington branch is i would recommend its spot on. Clean friendly staff and fresh food

Shocking they sent out the wrong order and we had to pay double as we drove to take the wrong food back and to exchange for our order. BUT THEY SAID WE HAD TO COMPLAIN TO JUST EAT WE DID BUT APPARENTLY WE SHOULD HAVE KEPT THE WRONG MEAL FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE. SO OUR £30 TEA THEN BECAME £60 BUT WE CANNOT APPARENTLY GET OUR MONEY BACK
