Everything you'd expect at a Burger king
Came last week with my daughter. Very happy with my service, staff were all friendly and welcoming. Food was good and cleanliness was very good. Will be back.
I have never had a bad meal from here . The staff are super friendly but professional they always go above and beyond to help and rectify any issues. I come to this restaurant often and I always leave with a full tummy and a smile. Keep up the good work guys
Went here with my mate for lunch, should've stuck to a ham sandwich. 11 pound for the whole meal which was stupidly overpriced. Ordered a large meal and still only got a small paper bag of chips which were really bland but still the best part of the experience, which says alot. The burger was dry and flavourless and i opened it to find weird coloured lumps all over the meat which really put me off. Also the bacon was soggy and undercooked. No more than 5 drinks avaliable, all being filled from the machine (which only decides to work when it wants to.) The fanta tasted nothing like the original, instead like weak orange squash. Worst meal ive had for a long while. There was only us and two others eating there around 1pm so obviously not popular, and yet, only 2 avaliable tables as the rest were uncleaned, covered in rubbish, with sauce and spilled drinks smeared on the seats. Staff were also miserable, unhelpful, and putting in minimal effort. Also took quite long considering how quiet it was and how rushed the food was. Overall a 0/10 would not recommend. Defenitely not coming here again, nevermind paying 20 odd quid for two people. Half the price in McDonald's, way better food, friendlier staff, cleaner resturant, more options of meal. Never coming again,better off saving the money and going hungry.
I accepted a Deliveroo order earlier today I had to drive about 10 minutes to get there just to be told that they don't have the order for some reason, after few minutes received another delivero order again been told that they don't have the order. Well I understand sometimes there is a long wait because they are busy or short staff but not letting Deliveroo know about it it is a joke really because until you let Deliveroo know they will obviously keep sending you drivers to collect the order so drivers will be driving just to be told they don't have the order and also the customer can track every step of the delivery so they also will be just waiting and waiting for the food they paid for but will never get it! It is just not acceptable Burger king staff couldn't be bothered to let Deliveroo know that they can't cook the food for some reason.
No ketchup with the kids cheeseburger, and nearly cold. How hard can it be, seriously?
