Guess burger King hires anyone to be a manager totally rude and disrespectful

Drive thru had us waiting for 30 min and when we finally got up it was another 5 min and then she told us disrespectly we could wait or leave and that’s just wasn’t fair as she had us waiting for a long time and she never greeted us correctly

Fast and furious En el drive thru las veces q ido siempre se demora como 2 minutos el servicio es súper bueno 💯 La comida igual, en mi parecer es mejor q McDonald xq las papitas de Wendys siempre viene como quemadas o mal peladas 🤣 pero aquí si, siempre te ponen bien .. muchas servilletas igual me gusta el lugar.

Was in a rush and didn't check my order before driving out. I asked for no pickles and it seems like they put extra on, asked for BBQ sauce packets but got none. Food was barely warm when I got home 5 mins away.

I asked for an offer that was on the screen and they didn't want to sell then I placed my order and it seemed that they didn't want to take care of the worst food, the burnt meat and the worst attention, they should see well when hiring the said Kendra in her ID

The burger was so cold the cheese didn't even melt.

Bad customer service Corey was rude

This place is great! Obviously, standard BQ menu, standard BK prices but what makes this place stand out is the team. The manager was friendly, the guy taking our order, Kaylor, was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job in making us feel welcome. So good in fact was the service then even let us dine in after the dining room was closed. The restaurant itself, a bit retro, was sparkling clean and in great shape. Soda fountain to boot. Will definitely come back.
