I live 2 minutes away and will drive into Monroe to eat at BK if I really want it. Not that it’s worth it at any BK for their food anymore, but this location is especially terrible. Poor customer service, substandard, reheated food. Especially the chicken nuggets. Spend your money elsewhere.

I look forward to stopping by when the closing crew is there. All the managers are friendly, Offer amazing service and smiling faces. I enjoy my visit even more when Tyler, TJ or Jocelyn are working.. Parking: The drive thru could use some improvement, it's such an odd angle after you order then go to the window to pay and get your order. Kid-friendliness: Friendly and inviting Offer a good selection for younger kids. Wheelchair accessibility: There are no steps leading into either entrance.
