Burger King

Terrible service, tried giving me someone else's order, which was kept there for 10 mins. My order was of low cost, which doesn't mean i would be treated differently from others.... This is first time that had happen to me anywhere. Whats the point of opening the outlet in metro station when you are gonna take 10 mins to make one order.... And when asked, provide someone else's oder that has been there for a while. After asking for the fresh one, the staff shouts at you and make you feel guilty as if we they are doing us a favour. The counter staff at that time, was polite enough. But yet the person giving the other was not. Pls atleast breaf your staff basic coustom services. Burger King is such a big brand, didn't expect this from you guys. Very disappointing. Evening order at 21:00, order number 169.
