we went up to get a whopper customized meal, a chicken bacon swiss and a whopper jr no onion, no mayo. the halfsies and fries we got were old. the onion rings especially looked like they were dropped an hour ago. most likely redropped them. they got the whopper right, forgot to give us the swiss and failed to listen to the no onion, no mayo part.. we go back up to have these mistakes fixed, we received the swiss and they remade the whopper jr.... but yet again there are onions on the jr. the person that ordered the JR is allergic to onions... this is ridiculous. as a former burger king employee this is disgusting and should be rather embarrassing.
During my visit to the Burger King in Holt, I encountered discourteous service. Upon entry, the manager ( Peggy) briefly acknowledged us before resuming her conversation. At the counter, ready to order, my interaction was abruptly interrupted for a DoorDash inquiry, without any polite interjection. The manager's return, accompanied by a smug smile, further underscored the lack of professionalism. Such service underscores a dire need for training in customer etiquette. This experience has deterred me from returning to this establishment. The store was dirty and the tables were greasy. Don't recommend.
Not sure what's happening, but I went through the drive-thru today and got my food quickly, the staff was friendly and best of all the food was actually HOT! Not sure if this is a fluke.... but I like it!
The app is awesome and always has deals. BK is my go to for kids and coffee. Ice coffee is yummy and kids love the mozzarella sticks.
This team has it together! They are always friendly, the food is always hot and I've never walked into a dirty store.
