HORRIFIC Service & Management!!! Order delayed, incorrect then told to go to back of long drive-thru line to rectify issue after extremely unqualified, slow refund procedure only to have them keep my credit card which realized half way home...had to turn around in extremely heavy traffic, drive back to retrieve it to be met by very unprofessional, abusively yelling manager in response to their insanely irresponsible error. No apology...quite the opposite with a gathering crowd of on looking customers! Totally publicly humiliating as well as am still massively livid over this entire unnecessary ridiculous experience!!!

Took great care of our order in a timely manner. The workers was running ragged, but still getting it done and with a great attitude. Thank you to this Burger King for great service!

Hoy 22 de marzo a las 11:30 intentamos ir al auto servicio que era la hora que salíamos del trabajo a pedir una hamburguesa, pero como no tengo vehículo fui en bicicleta y TODOS los empleados nos ignoraron y no quisieron atendernos por más que hablamos, fuimos a preguntar en ventanilla y todos absolutamente todos los empleados dentro nos ignoraron ! Por más que hablamos en autoservicio nos ignoraron y ni siquiera nos regresaban a ver ! Ni siquiera tuvieron la conciencia como para decirnos que no nos podían atender ! Es difícil saber como este tipo de gente no es consciente para los que venimos por un tiempo y solo andamos en bici poder ordenar algo de comer, un grupo de “trabajadores” que de verdad da vergüenza.

They will not open the lobby in the morning but the sign says the lobby is open.

This has to be the worst Burger King. I've ever been to in my life hands down.

Quick stop while traveling

So yesterday I ordered two Crispy Chicken Wraps thru the Drive thru which turned out to be a HUGE MISTAKE. When I got home I found both to be WELL OVER FRIED so I had to throw them in the garbage. What a disappointment
