Burger King

The 2 teenagers in that work drive thru were very rude and disrespectful . They mistakenly gave our food to the wrong person and refused to remake it. Despite asking us to drive around and get back in line ..promising to make it and have it ready the 2nd time around. It was 20min in line . Bad customer service .

Playground closed

Managers were so great. Husband called ahead because I was trying to collect all the Addams Family toys and they went above and beyond. Food is always good at this location and dining room very clean! We like to dine in when we go and appreciate the cleanliness!

Quality has plummeted in the last several years. Dry outdated buns, etc... they got my simple order of one thing wrong! I love LOVE Whoppers and I'm so sad that they're going out

The better fast food burger. Unfortunately this location has some work to do before I'm impressed. Even if you fill it with ice, at least fill the cup.

Impossible Burger

There's nothing like a double whopper to satisfy your late night pitstop.

Ordered a whopper with cheese without onions. No cheese and extra onions. Ordered a royal wrap honey mustard. No royal wrap in my order

Indoor playground is closed

Driver did not check to make sure all food was there. When we called the restaurant for the rest of our food they told us to come and pick it up. That was unprofessional since the whole reason we ordered was to relax at home and have food delivered not to come pick it up. Also ordered from uber eats and did not receive our free whopper for spending over $20. So when we went to drive to get the rest of our order we did not get the free whopper that uber eats said you would receive spending over $20. When we did go to pick up the rest of our order the cookies were re heated and that was well appreciated.

Ask for bacon get sausage... it's always somthing.

Came to eat Dine-In and ordered the new burger on the menu. They handed it to me 30 seconds after my order and I was impressed with how fast they were. I took a bite of the burger and it was cold/seemed like it’s been sitting out for 20 minutes. Service was poor as well. I got them to remake it and the next one was fresh which is good but the quality has gotten alot worse than what Burger King used to be. 1 star for this visit and I don’t care to come back to Burger King anymore. A menu change and improvement on quality of ingredients would be my recommendation

New value meal is good.
