Was told the bathroom was closed to public do to someone messing it up a week ago! Signs on the bathroom doors says for customers only though! Very unprofessional and very rude about the situation. Despite something happened a week ago or even a day ago still doesn’t give them the reason to close the bathroom to everyone. You suppose to have a bathroom at your restaurant especially if your Burger King and have your inside open to the public!!!!!!!!!!

Burgers were good. Pop was awful. The drive through lady yelled to her coworkers that there was an issue with Dr Pepper but gave me a bad drink anyways.

The Manager Sandra Is Very Rude And Very Unprofessional I Called The First Time No Answer The Second Time She Picks Up Yelling Very Loudly HELLO!!! I Paused For A Second In Disbelief That A Manager Would Answer The Phone Like This I Had To Look Back At The Number On My Phone To Make Sure I Dialed The Right Number Then I Ask Her For Her Name And She Told Me Sandra Like She Was Rushing Me Off The Phone Then About 20 Mins Later My Grubhub Order Mysteriously Get's Canceled Because They Told Grubhub An Item They Didn't Have Never Tried To Accommodate Me Or Offer Me A Substitution And To Cancel A Whole Order Is Absurd!!! And Then When I Tried To Call Back After I Find Out Why My Whole Order Got Canceled They Don't Answer The Phone I Wish I Had Looked At There Reviews At First And Seen Other People With Similar Issues If I Could Give Gave 0 Stars I Would Have The Manager Needs Some Serious Training Or She Needs To Be Fired!!! More Than Likely I Will Be Contacting There Cooperate Offfice Very Unprofessional Unacceptable Behavior They Definitely Lost My Buisness 3.3 Stars Rating Speaks Volume:(

Purposely made me wait until 10:30 just so I couldn't get my breakfast. Then walked away from the counter didn't ask if I wanted anything else or nothing.

The worst experience ever. Placed a mobile order, got to the drive Thur and the lady told me I had to come inside. Got inside and the employees were loud cursing at one another. The young lady that told me to come inside to get my order was trying to give me a door dash order that didn't belong to me. I told her multiple times that it wasn't mine and she was rude. After going back and forth with her she finally listened to me and said ok stand over there it's gotta be made. I will NEVER go back there again. Employees need to be in-service on professionalism.

My mother went into the bathroom came out it worked fine then someone wanted to use it they said both were out of order but when the manager had to go to the bathroom it worked. A homeless man had to go very bad and he used the bathroom and they cussed him out very poor service and workers .

Service was ok but food was terribly hard an seem old for opening hrs

I was in line for a ridiculous amount of time. I received an order that had cold onion rings and burned impossible whoppers.

Slow as all hell did one order 7 minutes still waiting after 20 minutes to order only one ahead of me. Cooks are now arguing with the drive-through staff on whether they will remake another customer's sandwich or not because they got it wrong The cooks refusing to fix their error which is holding up all the rest of the stuff. Incompetent.

Im as good as the next person for a whopper but when you have to wait an extra 10mins after you pay and told to wait and theyll flag you to the next window. Because they want to look busy. How about NO

Gave another chance and never going back ! The staff is rude and quality isn’t there! Workers today doesn’t know how to accommodate customers! This location should have stayed closed seriously!

The staff is extremely rude especially the heavy set short woman handing out the food in the drive-thru. The attitudes are ridiculous if you don't want to work in fast food please find a new job
