He is rude ..hypnic less ..must fire him on oct27 night time 10.30 ..my bad experience with my family drive thro

They gave me moldy fries and the mayo tasted expired and the fries and burger had black sprinkle dots everywhere.

I ordered breakfast here with an iced mocha latte and I was given spoiled milk. Made me sick to my stomach when I went back to let them know. The lady gave me attitude and didn’t take the situation serious at all. Didn’t even apologize. She said it wasn’t her fault that the lattes are already pre made. I had to ask for a refund because it was never offered to me. Once I mentioned calling cooperate she changed her attitude. To top it off the worked working in the kitchen said they do this kind of stuff often and she told them milk was bad. This is completely unacceptable.

Staff was not at all friendly

Staff were nice and the food was served accurately and the environment was chill.

The workers here are very kind and professional there is one young lady by the name of Zoe who has great costumer service and will get your order right every time not to mention gets it out to you in a snap she honestly deserves a raise 👏

Let’s say that Bidenomics has taken a high toll everywhere. The regular burger is a true joke! Its value is not even a dollar but it’s twice as expensive now after 4 years and smaller by at least 30%. What does that mean… well, it’s not worth the money. The Whopper however has held its ground so far in size and taste but let’s see how long that lasts. Fries are OK but even the small size is dinky! A 5 dollar meal is not much of a meal more like a snack!

The food was good and the girl that gave me my food was nice. But charging for water and sauces is crazy, maybe they need to up there prices on the food if there not making enough money. I ordered $20 worth and couldn’t get water without paying is crazy. Not being a Karen what so ever and then the manager comes and ask the girl why we are sitting there for 5minutes maybe if you put on the bored that water and sauces aren’t free there wouldn’t be a problem! So yes I was sitting there trying to figure out how much water and sauces were. BUT THE GIRL WAS SWEET AND MY FOOD WAS GOOD !

I don't understand how this store has only 3.7 out of 5. My girlfriend and I couldn't get a table at any of the surrounding restaurants because of fathers day, so we decided on Burger King instead. It didn't disappoint, neither did the last time we came. ****Double-Whopper, w/cheese, extra pickles, tomatoes, and onions****** The kids making the burgers in the back know how to make a proper burger! Tonight was my second best experience eating at a burger King, and the last was this same location 1.5 months ago. This store should have a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.

Overall a pretty good experience. When going to the ordering counter the associate was very friendly. The food was good and the restaurant looked clean. The only reason I am giving a four star is because the sweet tea was having to be made. I don't understand this as it was prime lunch hour and the sweet tea should have already been ready to go.
