Manager women lady was so rude . And the Service take too long . Will never come back here !

The worker are SO rude. I’m order online to pick up by myself, i didnt send the pick up detail to anyone. And when i walk in to show my order one of the yell at me that someone already pick up the order and they not remake it. I didn't have any rude manner to them AT ALL but the worker was so rude to me. It not my fault and it they fault to not make sure about the order.

I find Burger King these days is like most fast food chains, poor quality while way more expensive. Food prepares just slap the burgers together with little regard to how it looks or tastes. I'm pretty much done with fast food chains.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life by anyone who is in customer service . You treat your customer with respect and kindness. You don’t growl at them or ignore them. I won’t be going back there again

There is a lady named Marian that works there and she was extremely rude. She is not a people person. She walked away while I was trying to pay and kept ignoring me. Very rude, horrible service. I will never come there again

Went there close to closing and spent way to much for two people to eat. We spent 37.58 for literally a whopper w/cheese a big king cheese

These people could not get an order right if their life counted on it I will never go back

Didn't get bacon on my "bacon king" Coke tastes awful. Get rid of the freestyle machine. They are the worst.

Llevo 3 pésimas experiencias en este específico Burguer King, soy un consumidor tranquilo y respetuoso pero hay una señorita que atiende su nombre es SOL, ella siempre toma mi orden y la prepara como se le da la gana y le pido que por favor educadamente la prepare como se la pedí siempre lo hago de mala gana pero en esta ocasión tomo mi hamburguesa y la tiro a la basura, la verdad con esa actitud no me da confianza comer ahí por qué no sé qué le harán a mis alimentos y los de mis hijos. Pésimo servicio he trabajado en restaurantes y jamás he tratado así a los clientes. SOL por favor edúcate en servicio al cliente y si no te gusta tratar con personas búscate otro trabajo.
