Bun Street

This is a place I go to from time to time for burgers and the staff is really nice. However, today I had a terrible experience with a server named Yoshi over the phone. Today, I ordered on Doordash for 2 burgers, 1 set of fries, and 1 Mac and cheese with bacon. When the ordered arrived everything was there but the Mac and cheese. The bag was not tampered and everything was organized. I called Bun Street to see what happened and what to do from there. Yoshi kept strongly insisting that he put the Mac and cheese in the bag and was placing blame on the doordash driver (implying that they stole the Mac and cheese). If the Mac and cheese is in the bag like you claimed (that you put it in), I wouldn't be calling in the first place. I was placed on hold for Yoshi to see what my doordash order was and its items for him to say he placed it in the bag. When inquiring about the next step process and refund, he was dismissive and abrupt in telling me that I would have to contact doordash to get refund. Additionally, it felt like I was being rushed and he was bothered when talking with him. I will go back to the place but not anytime soon because of this unfortunate experience. I recommend the restaurant for its great food but the server yoshi a 1 star.

Great place to eat nice people they're pretty quick to bring out food I ordered a triple patty smashed burger well done and gotta tell you the bun is amazing the meat is well seasoned I had a side order of mac and cheese with bacon it's hard to find a spot who bakes their Mac and cheese if I'm not wrong it's a 3 cheese Mac and cheese and I'll definitely say it's worth the price gotta try it if you're looking for a new burger spot and you're in the area you have to try bun street

First time here. Amazing food. Service was great. Plenty of dining space. Will come back soon!

I always like coming here. The food is great honestly. Burgers cooked the way you like them, lots of variety in flavors. Best tots i’ve had in a LONG time and big portions too. Gotta try the pizza tots! Be hungry or be rest to share!

Service very friendly. Food portions very good as well as choices. Fries seemed to have been sitting for a while before being served. Onion rings were great.

Never fails with food cooked well and attention to detail.
