Bullfrogs Bar & Grille

So we loved this place other than the hair cooked into my food!!! It's a great little place and I don't want to write it off so we might try it again. I didn't bring it up cause but the time I pulled the hair out the food and my mouth it was in pieces and I couldn't really prove it ‍♂️ so I just didn't eat the rest and shared my wife's food. I still might return cause it was a nice place

We were on a tour, so we chose from a limited menu. However, even the salad was fantastic.

The food was not good at all. They have a Cajun food but I don't think they know how to prepare.

The food was phenomenal, best fries, prawns and mozzarella sticks I have ever had, and the service was wonderful. All of our food came out within 15 minutes, and all at the same time. It was an overall lovely experience and I will definitely be coming back Vegetarian options: Mozzarella sticks

Visited with coworkers on a Wednesday after a team building exercise. It was a group of 14 with a reservation and few, if any, other customers in the restaurant. From start to finish the service was disappointing. I ordered a poolside punch and the drink I received was good, however not what I ordered. My other coworker ordered it straight from the bar and hers was blue while mine was pink. Next, an appetizer was left off the order. No big deal, however we could hear someone in the kitchen, who I assume was our waitress, stating we "added" an appetizer, which was not the case. It was left off. Finally, I realized after our orders were taken that I was never asked how I wanted my steak. I notified our waitress that I didn't remember giving it to her and she said "I got it" and kept removing dishes from the table. My steak came out medium well, which I never order at any restaurant. When I questioned her, she said it was what I ordered. My issue is not with mistakes because I know a 14 top can be difficult to handle. It's accountability. Not once did she apologize for her mistakes or offer a solution. Just pretended they never happened. My overall experience was repeatedly overshadowed by her lack of professionalism. The bartender was excellent and helped her out. And the French fries were great. But that's as far as the compliments go and I'm not inclined to return.
