Service and food prep time management have taken a dive at this location, food still ok! This concept "Hot and Ready" screams you can't manage your kitchen. And it wasn't hot nor ready. The QR codes don't work, check at table would have shorted waitress, so like a good citizen I sit and wait, and wait...An anticipated dinner leaves me wondering why I spent my time and money here!

Super friendly staff and most of all A CLEAN RESTAURANT. Seriously cannot express how dirty most BWW are, this one however is clean and welcoming.
