I love the wings here! And the service is always done right! Would recommend this location to anyone in the area
Terrible service, waited 30 minutes to get waited on, waitress didn’t ever check on my table, when I finally did get food not all of it came out, automatically charged my girlfriend and I for all via the app, I had to get up and flag down a staff member to get a fork and a water refill, and they automatically charged us for all food and 20% tip which they didn’t earn. I had to get a manager to refund the food that didn’t arrive, Don’t waste your money or time going here, it by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to.
Waited 1 and a half hours for our food on a particularly understaffed Saturday. All came out cold, and wait staff and cooks were swamped. Whoever manages this place has to get some more employees, how do you not staff appropriately on a weekend? Brutal experience
I love BWW. One of my favorite places to go. HOWEVER! They have no switched over to online-only menus, you MUST order on your phone, by scanning the QR code and open a tab. The server never even interacted with us; we sat there for 10 minutes. Absolutely will not be returning to ANY BWW location any time soon if this is the way things are gonna trend.
Worse experience ever at bww. Ordered the house sampler that comes with ultimate nachos with chicken. Oder came quick without any chicken. Told the server who called the manager. Manager named Daniel said that wax extra until I showed them their menu. Few minutes later, brought out a sad little cup of chicken for ME to add/make the nachos. Didn’t speak, no apologies. Wields manager EVER. Next step is the corporate office..
My food was undercooked and cold the take out person waited for everyone order to come up never going back.
Boyfriend and I ordered wings at the bar using the QR code. We then found two open seats next to each other only 3 seats away so we moved. Bartender was very rude when bringing our food out, annoyed that we had moved seats from where we used the QR code to order. I also noticed this bartender being rude throughout the whole night to customers and staff. Never got offered a drink. Food came out cold. Bathrooms were dirty. Glad I didn’t waste my money by ordering a drink at the bar, not that I was offered anyways!
I came here because their website said they were showing UFC 300, but they told me after I ordered food they were not showing it. Service was slow too. Terrible experience.
Were told to wait for a table or bar. Bar opens up. Bartender completely ignored us for 10 minutes while chatting with a coworker. Finally made direct eye contact, she came over and told us to scan a QR code. Phone was dead. She could care less. Didn't take any of our orders. Walked out without any food or drinks after over an hour total waiting in the store.
