Buffalo Wild Wings

Made an online order for pick up. 2 all american cheese burgers and wedges. Burgers were both dry and burnt. Up until now all of our food was great. Brought my food back for a refund and cant get proof that a refund was put in. Only took my name and number and last four of my card on a sticky note . My service the last time was horrible. MIA at the pick up desk has the worst attitude ever. I emailed the general manager about this situation and never heard anything back. Between these two visits I am not sure I will be ordering from here again. 2 stars for the food that we have gotten from previous orders that was good and the service we received.

Ordered wings to go to take to my father in a nursing home. Paid extra for all flats, as they’re easier for him to eat. Delivered the order to him only to discover it was a mix of flats and drums. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised — the most consistent thing about any BW3’s is their terrible service.

Ordered online and again got shorted items again was told to tell door dash about it but I think it should be the restaurant getting the order right now the delivery service

Our waitress didn’t pay any attention to our table, she didn’t ask us if things were tasing okay or anything at all. My friend and I finished our food and everything and it took her 40 minutes to just ask us if we’re ready for our check. she passed our table multiple times throughout the 40 minutes and looked RIGHT AT US and still didn’t get us our check. Once she picked up the card, she just disappeared for 15 more minutes. I’m highly disappointed.

The food was great but sadly our waitress was not (Abby) she was single handley the rudest and worst waitress we have ever encountered she seemed upset when asked for anything and annoyed she was even there we were also placed in a very cramped area of the restaurant with a wheel chair for a disabled veteran with a $200+ order I would hope I am treated with the same respect I am given sadly this this not the case for dear Abby I pity her coworkers who must be enduring her lovely attitude I aplogize that we chose this bdubs we will not be returning. Wheelchair accessibility: Very lack luster we were squished against a wall on one side and the another table on the other I would not recommend for anyone who is uncomfortable having their chair bumped into everytime a worker squeezes by.

Wait staff was fantastic on 1st day of NCAA tourney. Thank you very much for a great day.

This place was very clean. The wings are amazing at this location. Our bartender/server was excellent. She was very friendly and professional. Look for her when visiting here.

Pretty good food, I've had better but not much better.
