They we're very busy for the fights and they still got our order to us. Keep up the good work. We will be back when we are in town.

Tables were dirty dirty. Asked to have them wiped down and got the stank eye. Eventually, they wiped them down, and they were still sticky. Asked for liquor lemonade martini and received non alcoholic lemonade. Chairs were dirty, I changed them with other tables and those were dirty too. Place is a hot mess. You all gotta know I'm never going here again. BWW used to be fun and a place you'd want to go. Not in Spokane. Yikes!

Im never one to leave reviews on things, but I ordered on uber eats last night and got a chicken sandwhich that had so little sauce on it i was frankly shocked and it didnt help the the chicken was a bit dry, ive never had many problems with an order from bww from uber eats till now. Idk who made that sandwich but it was like they just squirted a quarted size thing of sauce in the middle of the thing and called it good. Really disappointed this time.

If these corporate restaurant chains continue down the path of downsizing people and using more technology I will stop going. The good was excellent. The server was excellent but the push to order on an app or online using qr codes is pissing me off

I hate to leave bad reviews, but after my experience today I feel like I genuinely have to. I understand the craziness of March Madness, and have the utmost respect for the crew serving so many. Today there were quite a few issues though, and I think it’s important to share. I’ve come here for many years now, every single time I get the buffalo ranch chicken wrap. Where it’s normally served with medium buffalo sauce, today was not the case. I couldn’t make it through even a quarter of the wrap and ended up sharing a friends entree because the wrap was so spicy. I have never experienced such a spicy sauce, so much so that hours later and my lips are STILL BURNING and I’m trying everything I can to get any relief. I am no wimp to spice but I can guarantee that wrap was not tossed in medium…the medium is my favorite sauce they offer!! Not only this but we were served 3/4 entrees at the same time, the 4th was served 10 minutes later after we asked about it. Just not acceptable. All of this combined with our waiter not bringing requested drinks, napkins, utensils, etc. until it was asked for multiple times. PLEASE DO BETTER!!

Update; DoorDash gave us a full refund and so we gave them another chance to re order and this time we got our wings but my tacos were ONCE again naked!! So odd and honestly rude. Felt like they maybe did it on purpose or something like how does someone make that mistake twice? Idk what’s more frustrating, waiting an hour for our delivery and not getting the wings we ordered or getting tacos with nothing but chicken on them. Like who checks the food and makes it here??
