asked for 15 piece and didn't notice i was charged for a 20 piece by the time i left. waitress overcharged me by 20 dollars :) talking about she wants to go home already the whole time with patrons too. the tv was more entertaining than the whole environment there.

Don’t come here they under staff servers and the new servers take most of the blame and even have to pay for walk outs with their OWN tips because managers are terrible at scheduling enough people. Terrible how they treat their workers such a shame 😡🤬

Everything is kool here better than Burbank for sure. been coming since 2014. lots of Tvs lots of room...

Waited forever for somebody to appear at carry out considering it was a Saturday night you’d think they staff the place better. I placed my order with ranch and of course they forgot my ranch. I ordered a bottle of Asian zing sauce. They didn’t have any. I asked for a bottle of honey bbq of course they didn’t have that one either.

The food was not very good

1 star cuz I can’t give it a zero. Waited for an hour while the waitresses did nothing but tell my group to wait even longer. Horrible Service Get McDonalds or Wing Stop

It's a normal Buffalo wild wings, good sauces for the wings, but I don't go there to often because it is expensive

Wow!! How Do they still allow this kind of customer service at a Buffalo wild wings horrible service 😫😫 unbelievable!!!!!!! I literally ordered drinks for my kids for my husband, and I ordered an appetizer never ever ever got napkins or utensils. My husband had to go wait by the bar for like 3 minutes for somebody to give him utensils. Our server was outside in the patio, which is closed for the customers, but it’s open for them clearly to chill walk out there and be on their phones!! We right away, requested our check and left!!

I give it a one because there are no zero ratings, I went there yesterday with my family around 4:30pm. We stood by the entrance for 10 minutes, finally waved to a server. I asked If we could sit or they will sit us, he said "you can sit anywhere bro ". We found one of the cleaner tables and waited for 10 minutes and nobody assisted. I flagged a guy that was walking by and asked if he could help. He said:" your server will be here in a bit bro". I told my family I would give them 5 minutes and if nobody came, we would leave. I gave them 5 minutes and nobody came. I flagged the same server that told us to sit anywhere and asked for our server. He said " oh, give us ten more minutes because we are changing shifts". I told him " no thank you, we will take our business somewhere else, you guys need to improve on assistance and not calling customers "bro"", so we went to the Greek grill next door which had way better customer service since we walked in.

Huge place! Ok food. Lots of tv's. And very loud.
