I am a massive supporter of the Buffalo Wild Wings; when I travel, I love stopping in different locations all over the US. This location had terrible service, dirty bathrooms, uncleared tables, and an unpleasant smell. Myself and three friends waited to be seated, and after 10 minutes, no server ever came by to take our order. All the staff were on the phones and not attending to customers. It was the worst experience in Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever had.
My food is usually good from here when I order take out however today it was tasteless and the French fries and chips were stale. I was completely disappointed and felt like I wasted $50.
Other than they rarely answer phone for take out & they can't make frozen drinks because blender is broken, it's really great. Staff is wonderful.
Fries are stale. Southwest bean burger was supposed to have guacamole and Southwest sauce it did not..child tenders hatd as a rock and fries also stale.. I won't waste my time coming back
If you like bacon, you might not want to get a bacon cheeseburger and I had to send it bacon bc they severing it pretty uncooked. But they did take it off my ticket.
Took almost an hour to get our food, it came out in small batches and by the time the last of our group got their food the rest of us were done. The waitress never came back after dropping food off, we all sat with empty glasses. Several of our items were wrong but it already too so long to get it, we just let it go. Spent over 150 for 4 for dinner and my sons kids meal was the last to get served. He even fell asleep waiting.Overall not a good experience and we won't be back.
