Exceptional Customer Service during the free wings day
I love bdubs. This location is alright. Service seemed slow. When I would sit at the bar by myself the bartender seemed more intrested in other patrons. Be nice to know ahead of time if out of a certain beer/cider. But still a lively atmosphere.
Would really like to give a 0 star review. Pretzel were definitely microwaved and still cold. Server did remove from our bill though. Can tell they're definitely understaffed server did check on us a few times and my food came out 15 minutes after my sons and husband food so they were almost done eating by the time I could start. My biggest complaint after I payed my bill and still tipped well over 20% I check my bank statement the next day someone took it upon themselves to charge an extra $20 to my card. Called the manager Marcus he said he would look into it and call me later. When he called back he said the 20 should fall off my account later it wasn't showing it on his end. They definitely lost our business.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! Service is provide through your mobile device. Sure, someone may bring you a drink and your food, but everything else is expected to be completed by your phone. Sat ourselves, sat there for 15 minutes before we said I guess we do it ourselves through the phone. 10 minutes after that someone came over and said they still need to get our drink order from us because they can’t see it. Which makes me wonder why I am ordering via my phone then…. Either way, do your self a favor and stay home to eat. The food will be better, hotter, cheaper, and obviously you can only count on yourself for good customer service, not this place. It’s a shame google doesn’t allow zero star reviews.
Manager has a terrible attitude. We placed an online order for 30 wings and chose two sauces, spicy garlic and mild. We picked our order up and got home and we had received 12 Parmesan garlic and 15 spicy garlic. We decided to call because this is the second time we have received the wrong order. We were directed to the manager and the manager got on the phone and said what’s wrong with the order. I explained. She tried to tell me that I ordered spicy garlic with mild on the side. Which I did not and explained again what I ordered. She talked over me and said that is what I ordered. I said regardless I didn’t get that either. Instead of trying to fix the situation she had an attitude and was confrontational. She finally said bring them in and we will remake them. I did not do this because I did not want to deal with her attitude or wait any longer to feed my family.
