Food was awful for the second time. Wings too hard, old sour cream, Dry brownie.

The kid behind the pick up counter, Nigel I believe, has incredible customer service and is consistent with his work. Left a review hoping the chain recognizes this..

Good stuff

My daughter & I placed an order last night for about thirty mild buffalo wings, 15 garlic Parmesan and honey bbq for our family dinner. When we got home and saw at down to eat the buffalo wings were DRIED OUT, hard and unsauced!! I’ve never had that happen at bw3 before and it was a horrible experience! We don’t live in mentor but were there shopping so we ordered at that one from my app. This was possibly the worst experience I’ve had from a bw3 & I order fairly often from various ones. Disappointed is an understatement and I spent quite a bit to get dried, hard unsauced wings.

Update: App and rewards are not consistent, but wings are so small and service so slow, why would you wanna go to BW3???
