Buffalo Wild Wings

Came in with my infant and child and stood up waiting 20 minutes for a table. One lady on the phone, workers walking around and nobody helped me. I had to flag someone down to get a table. Then my order took forever to come out. My child’s order came out first and then mine’s 30 mins later…what was even the logic of that? My kid sat watching me eat, why didn’t our food come out together? Finally I asked for a to-go order and they mixed my to-go with my dine in order. I had to ask for a box to pick through the wings and pack the to-go order myself. This place is disorganized to the max.

You know, the first time we went here, I was significantly disappointed. This last time, things were great. The sauce choice has improved for wings, and the atmosphere is welcoming.

We went to dinner Friday night with a party of 7, we were sat right away and the restaurant did not appear busy. We all ordered wings & fries. When our food arrived, it arrived one by one...the last person to get their food got it 20 minutes after the first person. Also, our server was no where to be found. We asked the food runner for more drinks and they acted like it wasn't their job and literally left the table to find out waitress instead of just getting our drinks. They eventually got us drinks and our server did apologize. The food was decent & fresh ..but the service & delivery is awful. This was my 2nd experience at this location and it was equally as bad the first time. I don't need to go back.

Really they should give some lift to the place… it’s now old and looks bit uninteresting!! But the positive part enjoyed Super Bowl there..!! Good was good!

We got here on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy. We got 30 wings and chicken strips. The food was good but it took 45 minutes to get it. They sent out the side of fries later but we were done with them by the time we got our wings. The chicken strips came out 20 minutes before the wings. The waitress didn't fill our drinks unless we asked. Not a great experience.
