So I submitted a order online at around 11:20 pm they had there takeout service turned off for the night so the order got moved to 11:21 am the next day. I called the store to cancel the order because I set the address to a friend's house and I wouldn't be there the next day and the take out girl on the phone said she left a note for morning shift to cancel the order. Then I wake up today to find out my order was made and delivered to my friends house. so I guess I'm just not going to get my 30 dollars back?

Food that wasn't suitable for a possum. I asked for a refund the day I picked up an order that looked like a garbage disposal. Was told to go complain on the website, submitted 3 contact requests to silence. So I'm making it even more clear now.

Gives you expired dog food quality food. Tells you to go complain on the website knowing no one ever replies. Grow a pair and take care of your community.

B Dubs can be hit or miss, depending on where you go. This one is a bit of a miss. Always dirty, low morale with staff and the food is mediocre. Definitely not worth the cost.

Place was dead. 3 tables taken in the whole restaurant. We sat there for over 20 minutes without a server coming to our table. Ridiculous.

This was a terrible outing. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1, is because the young man who is Host is great. Our Mozzarella Sticks and Chili Con Queso came out ice cold, due to being left in the window for about 20 minutes. Ordered Boneless wings, they brought traditional, and only mine while leaving my girlfriend to wait on hers. Asked for extra wet, as you can see in the photo they were extra not. Brought Ranch when I asked for Bleu Cheese, Got 1 water that sat empty for the whole meal, she finally decided to ask if I needed anything once our meal was gone and we were just sitting there waiting for our check. The place wasn't even busy, she had us, another 2 top, and a 3 top. It was a mess, and 99% of it was server error.
