If I could give 0 stars I would, everyone there was completely professional until it came to the manager Matt, who you’d think would want to show professionalism but I guess not. He completely cussed out didn’t even speak to nicely a server there he cussed them out until they were in tears in front of me and my family,I had to ask my server their name so I could make this review putting them in an uncomfortable position, I am shocked and disgusted in what I witnessed there today. This should not be happening anywhere from anybody much less the manager of the establishment, I am disgusted.
Tre is stake as the bartender. 40 minute ticket times for food and the new GM needs fired for cussing at employees for complaining about the ticket times and advocating for their customers. Very poor management.
Went out to the Hilliard BW3’s. My waitress was Cinda. She was phenomenal. Showed me how to SAVE $5 on my order. Okay who has their employees trying to save the customers money. I’d say BW3 does. Every company needs to incorporate that. On to the food. Had some Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan wings, Onion Rings, Celery and a drink. The wings were really flavorful. Especially the Garlic Parmesan. Onion rings were nice and crunchy. Cinda was ALL over getting refills for my drinks. She even got one to go for me. Great experience today.
Inside was dirty, had a bartender working that had not been trained or anyone training her while she tried to serve customers. There was no management to be seen. The staff was all in the kitchen yelling at each other loudly because the music in the kitchen was blaring so loudly. A simple order of 6 traditional wings took over 35 minutes, because the cook was on the back patio smoking Marijuana. I know this because while waiting so long for my food, I stepped out back to have a cigarette and watch him doing it. I have to say, this place needs a complete overhaul of management and most of the staff..
The primary issue that I have with this location is service. I've been in a handful of times to just pick up food and the service has gone notably downhill over the last year or two. Not only is the wait time just to get acknowledged increasing, but I can't remember the last time that I've even felt "welcomed" at this location. I've never had any issues with the food, which is the silver lining but I'm hopeful that the customer service takes an uptick sooner rather than later.
We stopped in at 1030pm on a Saturday night, saw 1 other family eating. It was an absolute disappointment. Our server was kind and sweet, but our food and wait time was awful. My bun was burnt, everything was cold, the place looked like it hadn't been cleaned, ever. We ordered 2 burgers and a wrap and we didn't get our food until 11:19. Both me and my son got sick afterwards. I hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately this was bad enough to take the time and write.
The service is bad, they gave us the wrong order and why the hell are there so many televisions?
