This Buffalo Wild Wings has the worst service in the Valley. I understand it was extremely busy, but you're in Westgate next to a stadium. If you can't handle NBA playoffs on TV, how do you handle GameDays? Poorly managed or extremely under staffed possible combination of both. Complimants to the Kitchen!

Just came in around 1am. Got the american burger and bf got boneless wings. The burger was amazing but honestly the wings were small and dry. But what made our experience the best was our server Josh! He was hustling and taking care of so many people. Thanks Josh

Food was excellent but service was lacking. The waitress didn't take our dirty dishes or emptied cups or refill our drinks.

Sucked... no customer service. Everything is automated and performed through your cell phone. Appetizers and entrees were brought out together instead of separately. Overall this restaurant is a fail. I would not go back again to this particular bdubs....
