Here to add what others have said. Slow service from staff and my waitress gave herself almost 40% tip after I left! Absolutely a scam. I’ll be avoiding this place from now on and suggest others do the same.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Horrible horrible service the Manager is very mean. Service is horrible. READ THE REVIEWS EVERYONE AGREES GO TO ANOTHER BUFFALO

Worst service ever! Been here a few times and every time we come they are not busy, seem sufficiently staffed and have really really poor service. The server was rude too. Surprised they are still open for business!

Trash. Ordered at the counter for takeout using the app because the cashier could not figure out how to take my order. Provided a 15-min wait time and was totally ignored after letting staff know I placed the order. After 45-minutes passed, I had watched multiple customer come in and leave without placing orders due to the fact that the cashier had gone MIA. Eventually becoming frustrated I took a look at the monitor that advised my food was ready 20-mins ago. When I informed a staff member, instead of getting my order, they turned off the monitor and told me to wait more. When the cashier eventually returned she gave me my order with no apology or explanation. I could justify waiting three times the promised estimated time for delicious food, but when I got my order it was dry as the Sahara desert and flavorless. Likely from being under a heat lamp for 20-mins. This place absolutely sucked. They were empty on a football Sunday and still managed to screw up my order, as well as the four other customer’s waiting with me. Wing stop is literally in the same lot, save yourself some time and go there unless you got time and patience to spare. I’ve had better wings out of a microwave bag from the grocery store.

Feathers in almost all the wings they served, Server and Manager were very disrespectful. We’re not ready to replace the plate. Had visited BWW plenty of times, now looks like no more.

Poor service from our particular waitress. Other waiters were running around doing their jobs but we had to physically walk to our server for everything. Multiple people that say in our section walked out before being served because our waitress never went to their table.

I normally only write good reviews. The food here however was cold/room tempature, not hot and I barely finished it. The sauce was bad as well. Also the service was horrible and I was forced by an employee to sign up for the rewards and take a survey. I said multiple times I didn’t want to and they said I was tripping and got mad, and that I HAD to do it. The food however is what mostly got me upset as it was also very expensive for what I got. Our drinks also came after we finished our food. Would not reccomend this place with all the options in Fremont

Very disappointing customer service. I waited in the pick-up area for 15-20 minutes without any assistance and had to ask the bartender to send someone to help. It felt like no one cared about the customers.

We were sitting at the bar the bartender kept staring at us the employees were walking in The others kept staring at us. Made eye contact with us tried to speak to her she was to busy drinking Starbucks. We just ended up getting up and leaving.
