It took the waitress forever to take our drink order and it was like she was high on something service was horrible

The bar tender provided exceptional service, and our order of wings arrived promptly. This southpoint location is definitely our preferred spot for wings.

This is our go to wing place!!!

If i could give NO STARS i would. This place is a rip off. The manager there is rude and doesn't know how to handle customers nor problems we order a delivery threw there website when we did not receive what we ordered we called he said he never got our order but yet when they delivered it our chips and salsa was there. So he was no help to us at all we contacted the people who delivered it they did a replacement of the order hour passed had not received anything so we called he said he never received it and it wasn't his problem. SO NOW WE ARE SITTING HERE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED FOOD OR REFUND. I'm So irritated

I liked the service. When I smelled cigarettes they must had the door open in the kitchen. The smell went away. The fries was hard little sticks couldn't eat them. The rest of the food was ok. I rather not spend that much money on food that was just ok. I will not return.

Placed a pickup order at 1pm for a 6pm pickup. Arrived at 6pm to be told there is a 30 minute delay. That part would have been okay but while I was waiting, the host was greeting people with “you trying to get a table, pickup, or what?” When we received the food and got it home, some wings were undercooked and there was barely any sauce on them. Not even enough to leave evidence of what the sauce was in the box. We also ordered queso and paid to add chili to it. No chili was added to the queso when we got it. Waste of money and time.
