It was my 1st time in a while being there. The food was decent, and the atmosphere was also, even though there weren't a lot of people there besides my squad from my unit. However, since inflation, prices have gotten a little higher. Overall, still a decent place to eat and chill.
My wife and I visited Buffalo Wild Wings on Ft. Bliss for lunch today. We arrived at 12:18 PM, a peak lunch hour, and noticed the place was not overly crowded with only about four tables occupied. After placing our order, we experienced an unexpectedly long wait. Our food was served at 1:03 PM, almost 50 minutes from the time we sat down. This delay seemed excessive, especially considering the typical one-hour lunch break most diners have. Our waitress, Evelynn, informed us that the kitchen had previously taken over 30 minutes to prepare meals for two other tables, indicating a recurring issue with the kitchen's efficiency. Moreover, we were told our order was inadvertently delayed due to being placed behind another order. While the wait time was indeed frustrating, it's important to acknowledge that Evelynn, our waitress, was exceptionally courteous and professional. She made commendable efforts to address the situation, which was appreciated. While the staff, particularly Evelynn, displayed commendable service, the kitchen's handling of orders requires significant improvement to cater to customers, especially during busy hours.
