Buffalo Wild Wings

I placed a take out order and the service was very rude. First she said they didn’t have what I wanted which I clearly saw on website(which is false advertising) then she offered to go see if the could make what I asked for and didn’t. I don’t understand how you can have four stars when most of the reviews are complaints

Was a weekly guest, live nearby off Hickory. Hit or miss service. Apparently, 4pm "shift change" remains a fail. We ended up going to Wolf Bay to eat, and at least they seated us with exponential rapidity. I got a text from Buffalo [Child] Wings that my table was ready, approximately 10 minutes into my buffet salad @ Wolf Bay, too funny! Maybe corporate can solve the poor management problem at this particular location. I spent several years frequenting Buffalo Wild Wing in Queen Creek, Arizona, with zero issues. Maybe it's a regional problem? Incidentally, buffaloes don't have wings, FYI. Manager, please post your lame excuse script below. No number or link necessary.

Only giving one star for my meal, as I can’t give zero stars. The “Cobb salad” is a joke. Chicken was served shredded, WET, & cold. The only reference of a “Cobb salad,” is there’s an egg. Tomatoes were almost yellow and hard as a rock. No QC noted. Sent it back. The chicken was FROM A CAN, no doubt. Will not go back to BWW, as all locations seem to be mediocre, at best. And that’s giving a bit of grace. Y’all gotta get it together… Our server was super nice, so no complaints there. We were at the Foley, AL location.

Fastest I've ever gotten my food at any restaurant ever. You guys are amazing

Waitress over charged ùs! When I questioned them( they were giggling) , everyone told me they had just started. One of the servers recommended I speak with the manager. Please pay attention to your receipts!
