Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered online, waited for two hours, then was told they cancelled our order.

Do not go here. Ordered 20 wings at 1 for a pickup at 5 and waited an hour before leaving. Totally unprofessional and awful wait staff and time

Sat inside for 15 minutes no server came to our table or anything so we left. We always have terrible service every-time we come in here.

Took just short of an hour to get my to go order. Do not come here if you are hungry. Come here when you just ate. By the time you are hungry again your food will be ready.

Waited over 10 minutes and no service so we walked out. Last time we came the waitress was rude and lazy at her job. This is the worst bdubs I’ve ever visited

After they fixed their screw up the food was good

A group of 7 of us came here on Valentine's Day... Was told it was going to be a 15 minute wait... Half of the restaurant was closed off... The hostess came back and said that instead of the original 15 minute wait it was going to be a long wait... He couldn't even give us an estimated wait time outside of the 15 minutes we have been waiting and was told... Very understaffed and very unprofessional especially on a day like today...

Poor service. Even poorer excuses. Was told I was in a section that did not have a server. Yet it was staff who seated me in that section. Not to mention the several wait staff walking back and forth never even bothering to ask if I had been helped.
