Buffalo Wild Wings

2nd time here and the experience has gotten way worse. - Hostess used nasty rag that was thrown behind her to wipe off the table. - Waitress didnt even introduce herself and just asked if we know what we wanted to drink. - Waitress was quick to cut us off - Had to hunt down our own napkins and silverware. - Kids running around looking for ketchup because the bottles weren't filled. - Wings were cold. - Burger was a nasty greasy mess. - General attitude by staff was they didnt want to be there.

Once again my fried pickles was great. Service was excellent thank you

I have never had a bad experience here. Drinks are always good as well as the food.

I eat here quite often but last night I went in and the manager I presumed was taking tables all the while the restaurant was so busy. Food took forever which I’m sure wasn’t their fault but how about the manager, manage? Things may go a lot smoother. Just my suggestion.

It’s a good place to go if you’re craving for a chicken wings as this is usually the popular restaurant for this kind of food to come and dine.Service is good and friendly staff. Although my husband has a little concerned on the crispiness of the skin as loves that way. That’s why, next time we gonna have to tell to make more crispy so it will meet his expectation.Overall experience is good somehow!
