Do not do it. Not worth it. Terry hates her job. She never came back to our table after initial ordering. Then when she took our food, she just kept writing no acknowledgment of what we asked for. There wasn’t but 4 other tables of hers and she just had a piss poor attitude the whole time. I was very nice to her and still got the cold shoulder. There’s no management to be found, not one employee looks like they enjoy their job and the food ain’t worth the money. Note to management, As a business owner, it boggles my mind that you respond with the same canned response every time instead of actually hearing what your customers are saying. I am not going to fill anything out on the website because it will make no difference. Maybe, just maybe, this store would do better if management cared. Instead, they don’t and the store under performs in every possible area

After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to so much as take our drink orders, I decided to use their online website to order. Terrible idea! After 2 hours waiting for food, the website automatically sent payment through before our food arrived without notifying me, and took an 18% tip without giving me the option to change this. After 2 hours with no food, any sort of tip is too much, much less 18%! I asked the manager for a refund on the bill since I had never received any food, and he claimed he would refund me, but refused to provide written confirmation of this when asked, and I never got the refund. I am never going back here! 2 hours of my life wasted and $40 stolen from my bank account.
