Buffalo Wild Wings

This place sucks. Sign at the door said seat yourselves, which we did. It took at least 20 mins before a server acknowledged us, but I understand a lot of places are understaffed. Our server was ok. This place wasn’t busy either tho so the slow service was a little unexpected. A family came in and sat down shortly after us at one of the many dirty tables. They waited at least 20 min before waving down a server that was walking by and asked to order. This server was so rude. Acted inconvenienced that they were even talking to her & she would not take their order. She asked if the dirty dishes stacked on the table were theirs and they said no and she just left them there. It was painful to watch. The table waited and waved down another server who also didn’t take their order so they left. We got our food eventually, my wings were cold. I didn’t even bother saying anything. Definitely won’t be back.

The quality took a nose dive quite a while back and it seems like there's absolutely no effort to improve it. Also doesn't seem to matter what time you show up, it takes forever for a hostess to even acknowledge your existence. I've had the best luck going to the tables in the bar area as the staff there seem to actually care about their patrons. If it wasn't for mobile orders and delivery services I believe this restaurant would have been shuttered by now.

Wings were good and hot served quick. Did not have Yuengling ready on tap -2 points. Onion rings while tasty were in a big clump -3 points.

Worst experience at a bww ever

Ordered carryout, 2 sets of wings 1 order of fries. Took 30 mins from past the pickup time before it was ready. Way understaffed, and on top of it we were missing order part of our order. Unfortunately this is the new norm for restaurants post COVID.

Disappointing!! After years of not going to this location after a bad experience, I decided to give it a try this past Sunday to watch some NFL, and once again, I'm disappointed. The service is painfully slow! Didn't get acknowledged by a server until almost 20 minutes of sitting at the table. The Server was friendly, but our orders took forever. Appetizers came, but the chicken sandwich we ordered was forgotten and came late. The manager didn't switch to the afternoon games in a timely manner, so I had to watch my team on the phone until the switch was made on the screens. We received our bill, which was totally wrong and had to be fixed. We then decided to go on the patio to finish watching the game because it was freezing inside the restaurant due to the AC being on high. On the patio, there was a very drunk individual talking to himself and pouring a beer he bought at a convenience store into a Buffalo wing-supplied cup. Additionally, numerous active wasp nests were on the patio ceiling, which is a dangerous hazard to customers who would like to sit out there. This location needs a lot of help, either from the district or corporate. Too bad, because I live in the area. If I go to another Buffalo Wild Wings, it won't be this location.

Brandi our server, went above and beyond. Food takes long time to come out but not her fault, she was super attentive, super sweet. She did a fantastic job. Give this girl a raise!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We ordered 20 wings and a side of fries on a Tuesday night. The wait time was 30 mins. I got there 35 mins after we ordered. Not one person asked me and the 2 gentleman behind me if we needed anything or waiting for an order, nothing. Finally I took it upon myself to ask someone in the kitchen if I could get a pick up order. 15 minutes later, still nothing. 50 minutes into waiting for my order I finally asked to talk to a manager. She said she would make the order for me now if I wanted to wait. I said no I'd like a refund. She told me ok I'll be right there. I proceed to wait another 8 minutes for her to tell me they can't process it until tomorrow morning. Why she, Ashley, couldn't have told me that at first and not wasted more of my time, I am not sure and a little bamboozled. Needless to say I never got to even eat the food and never will. I used to work at a restaurant that makes wings and it takes 8 mins to cook a wing in a fryer... Atleast 50 at a time. All I ordered was 20 wings and a side of fries. Definitely didn't need to take an hr and still get nothing. We'll see if I even get a refund. I went to Hickory Tavern across the way and got my food faster than she could tell me I couldn't get refunded until tomorrow.

Service are really but really terrible I waited 45 minutes at a table for them to serve me. I stood up 3 times to ask if there was a waiter who could serve me. They said they weren't working during business hours. the food was very good

Why is it , that everytime I order something the staff either forgets to put the correct amount of chicken( which is always less) or they either forget my blue cheese smh terrible , why is staff so forgetful ?

Came in around 7:45 on a Friday night and the hostess told us to seat ourselves. After 10 minutes of no server coming, we tried to use the QR code to place our orders only to find that their system wasn't working. Now at 20 minutes with no server, we asked the (new) hostess if someone could take our order, only to be told that they "weren't taking anymore tables but we can get take out." We left instead. We will not be returning.

Our server was top notch and occasionally we enjoy chilling at a sports restaurant/bar. The boneless wings are usually good but they missed the mark this time, I like flavor with a little heat but I got served the opposite. My lady was very disappointed with the Hatch Con Queso & Chips - the chips were the worst - chewy and rubbery. The Queso must have been in short supply, we were given a half bowl. My Lady ordered the BLT sandwich and fries. The bread was hard the tomatoes tasteless and bacon undercooked chewy with lots of fat. The fries were undercooked chewy and rubbery. Big disappointment.

Will NOT go back!!!! Call and order wings to go, when I got there asked to make sure they had my flavors right and they did not so I told them and told them what I would like. They walked away and came back 5 minutes later. So I went home and when I got home, we looked and seen the only thing they done was stuck a new sticker on the wings to make it look right with the sauce. Tasted them and the wings were 100% wrong!! And tried to call and talked and was put on hold for over 10 minutes
