Buffalo Wild Wings

It's buffalo wild wings. The food is good, the staff is fast.

Went in last Saturday as a second option because of Santa fe across the street had a 30-45 minute wait. Got immediate seating but only waited 30 minutes to get our order out. All the food was cold and had to send them back. First time there in a long time and it will be the last.

Here for the game and great atmosphere food was wonderful

My daughter and I waited several minutes along with other patrons to be seated before the CSR arrived at the front desk. When finally seated, in the middle of the room, we waited for at least 10-15 minutes and still no server approached or acknowledged our presence. We left. This is not the first time receiving poor service at bww. The same has happened at the one on 41st when taking my 83 year old mother during lunch. No one came to the front desk, and after waiting several minutes, we left.

Horrible to pregnant women! During the Super Bowl we ordered take out and my wife waited in the car. Food was over 45 min late and only for me 10 - 15 for others. When I ask them to check they said no it’s the Super Bowl just deal with it. Another server thought this was wrong and got the manager she said sorry can I get your wife a water while she continues to wait (this was after already waiting 35 min). Food is great but not worth it dealing with bad staff and a manager that cannot handle the pressure of a rush. Very sad for the company.
