Terrible food, terrible service, terrible experience. Not even one thing is not good.

This is the worst experience ever, worst service. Worst ever! ! !

This place has 0.4 servers. Food is disgusting and undercooked. Server comes once every 8 hours. Like I’m getting medicine therapy in a hospital. I’m seating here right now, it’s empty and our food and drinks are an hour late. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

$6 nachos at 3pm. Dine in, Take Out. Enjoy your evening with Buffalo Wild Wings. Free Parking across the street!

Good lunch here. Nice wings special. The service was okay. Will return but nothing special here.

Our waiter, Micheal was absolutely amazing, he was extremely pleasant and was super understanding with everything, he really treated us well and I would highly recommend visiting this location. The food was pretty good as well. Service would be 6/5 if I could rate it that way. If visiting I would definetly recommend him! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Holly was amazing!! Ask for her when you go best customer service I’ve experienced.

Showed up at 9:40 and was told they stop serving food in the restaurant at 10:00 and I had to get take out, I said your open until 11:00 and it isn’t even 10:00 yet, the blonde older woman at the service desk refused to serve us. It was raining and we obviously walked in the rain with two children several blocks to get there due to no parking. We left and will never come back. Horrible customer service, that lady should be fired. Also entry way smelled like mildew or mold and the area you check in was disgusting and looked run down, like the hostess.

I have visited Crystal City location may times before (I ate lunch there almost daily when the BWW first opened). In the beginning, they had great specials and promos. However, things started going downhill. Promos went away, and there was significant staff turnover. After COVID, BWW came up with good lunch specials, and I would go from time to time. Yesterday (4/8/24) I did a takeout order, and it was horrible. Wings were dry and hard, fries were soggy (this one I can forgive since it was a to go order, and fries were placed in a box). I also asked for sauce on the side and there was barely any sauce (half of the little container for 15 wings (c'mon BWW, I know that you have watch your costs, but this is too much). For me, this is the final straw; I am not coming back to BWW; I am done.
