Consistently some of the worst service in town. The place can be almost entirely empty and you still have to wait around for anyone

Food was good, service was ok ok

They claim they were short-staffed but I watched the waiter just chillin with a table of guys, high-fiving, watching the game. They disabled the app to order at the table. We waited 5-10 minutes to sit and then another 5-10 minutes at our table and no one ever came so we left.

I have been to this particular B-Dubs several times with my family. We have always had great service here. I highly recommend it!

I love this place and it’s otherwise a 5 star review for me BUT their bathroom is so abnormally freezing that I often avoid coming here just so I don’t have to experience it. And when I do come I actively hold it so I don’t have to use their bathroom. It’s like going into a walk in freezer. It’s been this way for over a decade. I’m writing this post in hopes that someone at corporate sees this and does something about it. Make the bathroom warmer and maybe this place will be back to being packed like it used to. A decade ago. Other that that 10 out of 10 food. Wings nice and crispy (unlock a lot of other BDubs locations) and the bartenders are cool af.
