Worst service we have ever had at a BWs. Restaurant wasn’t even full. Sat 15 min before got asked for drink order and that was only after I flagged someone down. Then had to ask to get refills. Got my order wrong but no way was I waiting to get something remade. Then asked for a box which never came.

Thank you, Shannon, Teddy, and Ameera, for an awesome meal. That brisket brought my guest to tears. We'll be back soon!

We spent 10 minutes in the lobby waiting to be seated in a restaurant at less than 50% capacity. Once seated, we sat for 10 more minutes without waitstaff approaching our table. One waitress spent 8 minutes in casual conversation with a nearby table. We were trying to celebrate our son's birthday and received nothing but disappointment. Won't be back to this location.
